What your future day will look like:

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions efficiently
• Ensure accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams to address payment-related inquiries
• Support the office with other duties as needed

Type: Contract to Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 3-5 years experience in an office environment
• AP/AR experience
• Ability to commit to set hours, plus work additional hours as needed
