What your future day will look like:

• Drive customer service and cash flow through day to day account support, root cause identification of claims and deductions for timely resolution
• Reconcile discrepancies by working with business customers, sales, and the distribution center to analyst AR balances resulting from misapplication of payments, mis-shipments, pricing issues etc.
• Determine actions for prompt resolution or escalation
• Reconcile open credit to ensure unpaid/short paid invoices are being matched and resolved.
• Recommend third party collections for debt recovery if necessary

Benefits Offered:

• Weekly pay via direct deposit from Godshall plus benefits eligibility
• Earn 40 hours of PTO and holiday pay after 6 months of service with Godshall

Type: Contract

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Associate or BS in Accounting
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability and time management skills
• Highly proficient in Excel including V-lookup
