Salary: $100k to $110k

What your future day will look like:

  • Lead and manage daily operations for an employee benefits call center as the Benefits Shared Services Manager
  • Monitor team queues (phone, email, response) to ensure timely and professional responses aligned with customer agreements
  • Respond to complex client needs and questions, aiming to improve the overall client experience
  • Coach and mentor direct reports to maximize their development

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in HR or Benefits Administration required to be the Benefits Shared Services Manager
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading people, directly or indirectly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
