What your day will look like:
- Supervise and support clinical staff including MA’s LPN’s and other healthcare staff.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, & regulatory requirements
- Oversee scheduling, training, performance evaluations of clinical staff.
- Collaborate with providers and administrative leadership to optimize patient flow and clinical efficiency
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and participate in audits and reviews.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K w/match.
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in clinical management or supervisory role.
- Preferred active RN license in state of SC
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in EMR systems
