What your future day will look like:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Present and promote coating products, highlighting technical features and benefits.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Provide feedback from the market to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years in a technical sales role
- Experience in the coatings industry – powder or liquid
- Ability to understand technical product information and explain it clearly to customers.
- Willingness to travel within an assigned region

Louisa graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering and she started her career in energy optimization at Georgia Pacific. She then made the switch over to HR when she moved to the upstate area. She joined Godshall in 2021 and is now combining both passions as a member of our technical recruiting team. Louisa is a wife and mother to an adorable little boy, an active member of her book club and loves to travel all over the world.
