Electrical Engineer

What your future day will look like:
- Serve as an Engineering member of the customer service team and will also be the technical point of contact for company clients
- Communicate/articulate product and service capabilities offered by the company to clients.
- Prepare sales engineering reports, customer bids and cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans and customer specifications.
- Procure equipment and raw materials to complete client projects.
- Participate in the design/commissioning of commercial /industrial power distribution systems including switchgears (480V+), transformers and motor controls.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or relatable industry experience
- 2+ years of Electrical Engineering experience in an industrial environment
- Ability to participate in technical sales and customer support activities
- Strong familiarity with high voltage electrical systems including switchgears, motor controls, panels and circuit breakers.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Chad Hardin has been with Godshall for 11 years. He and his team focus on engineering/manufacturing recruiting for companies located primarily here in the Upstate. With over 12 years of recruiting experience, Chad began his recruiting career in the construction industry recruiting skilled trades professionals for commercial/industrial projects throughout the Southeast. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and sits on several educational advisory boards with technical schools in our area. He is a proud father of two boys (Hamilton & Miles) and husband to his wife, Lindsay, who is a teacher with Greenville County Schools. His hobbies include boating, fishing, and traveling to the beach.
