What your future day will look like:

• Website follow up - contact abandoned checkout customers to close sales
• Client research and contact - reach out to agencies, businesses, and influencers for custom product builds and social media collabs
• Client relationship maintenance - contact existing clients to gauge product use and satisfaction, sell clients on making more custom helmets
• Affiliate (athletes or influencers) relationship recruitment and maintenance - inform current affiliates of sales, promotions, and products that could be used in their content. Research and provide strategy ideas for affiliates to push their links.
• Convert comments to sales - search and respond to Google reviews and social media comments that could convert into sales
• Expo and trade show participation as needed.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing OR Bachelor s degree in marketing.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with eagerness to build relationships and foster a collaborative environment
