After graduating from University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a degree in Communication Studies, she began her career in non-profit, where she played a crucial role in aiding individuals with intellectual disabilities find meaningful employment. Lauren joined Godshall in 2023, she provides valuable support to our recruiters and candidates. Outside of work, she finds joy in spending time with her husband, golfing, hiking, and enjoys completing a challenging puzzle.
