Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

What your future day will look like:

• Plan, organize and direct the janitorial and event set up activities on campus.
• Manage 6-10 employees, including hiring and training team members, as well as scheduling the weekly calendar for them. Includes safety training.
• Participate in daily housekeeping duties to maintain the standard of cleanliness and appearance of the campus facility, including various buildings and the outside grounds.
• Maintain standards for spaces and ensure front-of-house is clean, set-up and ready for guests always.
• Oversee room set-up and breakdown of event spaces.
• Manage inventory of supplies and storage areas

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in building services
• Excellent communication skills to participate along with management team on facility meetings and to motive staff.
