What your future day will look like:

• Process improvement and waste elimination
• Root cause corrective action activities to eliminate defects
• Gather and interpret process data
• Design and test innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality
• Develop process documentation and operating instructions
• Generate non-conformance tickets
• Act as lead technical reference for the customer and internal teams
• Develop new processes based on customer specifications
• Support feasibility studies and participate in Kaizen events

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• BS Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in engineering, preferably aerospace, automotive or industrial gas turbine
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certified preferred
• Thermal coating experience preferred
• NPI or APQP experience required
• Proficiency with SolidWorks
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret blueprints and specifications
