Salary: $50-60K (+ quarterly bonus, $7-12K)

What your future day will look like:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Implement a sales plan that drives revenue growth
• Set and track sales goals within the sales team
• Create new sales opportunities/leads
• Negotiate and close orders
• General sales reports and forecasts
• Travel to customers and industry events
• Manage project with the customer

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
• 2+ years in an industrial sales role preferred but not required
• Ability to travel up to 30-40% to the Midwest or Northeast
• Self-motivated, personable and driven
