Salary: $50-55K + bonus

What your future day will look like:

• Communicate with customers to discuss product terms and conditions and financing options
• Manage sales leads with the primary focus is on converting leads into actual sales through effective cross-selling and offering tailored solutions based on customer needs.
• Facilitate a thorough understanding of the payment process associated with the products offered.
• Identify opportunities to present complimentary products that align with customer needs.
• Offer personalized and tailored solutions to customers based on their specific needs and requirements.
• Foster strong and lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.

Type: Direct

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience in sales, leadership teams or similar role in a call center environment
• Understanding of customer service principles and best practices, including handling difficult situations and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Experience in managing sales leads and converting them into successful sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to pass background and drug test
