What your future day will look like:

• Lead, schedule and supervise production activities for 2nd shift
• Execute manufacturing operations orders ensuring quality standards are maintained  
• Manage associates including attendance, training/development and performance reviews   
• Ensure production associates adhere to all safety/company procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement projects/activities
• Maintain accurate production records/reports

Type: Direct Hire 

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Degree in a related field is preferred (A.S. or B.S.)
• 3+ years of production leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in the Chemicals Industry is highly preferred 
• Strong knowledge of processes in manufacturing 
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
