What your future day will look like:

• Provides exceptional service to all internal and external customers in the contact
• Answers inquiries by clarifying information, researching, locating and providing information in an effective manner
• Assists callers with locating bank employees for assistance when appropriate
• Fulfills customer requests in a timely manner
• Responds to customer emails and other message requests as they relate to existing or potential accounts or services
• Performs follow up calls and administrative functions in support of customer needs
• Understands and complies with all laws and regulations that apply to the position
• Notifies CSC Manager upon a failure of the communication system
• Recognize sales and service opportunities to meet the needs of customers and effectively explain features
  

Benefits Offered:

• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Will be hired permanently in 2 months and be eligible for full benefits including medical, dental, STD, LTD, bereavement, 401k and more!

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Be goal and results oriented.
• Ability to pass background and personal credit check
• Have a good working knowledge of the communication system and the bank core system
• Have a pleasant and friendly telephone demeanor and voice.
• Be a team member in a fast paced ever changing environment
• Be outgoing, friendly and eager to assist prospective as well as existing customers.
• 1-2 years banking experience strongly preferred with related experience in lobby services, new accounts, loans or similar position desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
