- Do you like working a 2nd shift schedule? (4pm-12:30pm)

What your future day will look like:
- Supervise inbound and outbound freight
- Inventory control
- Using warehouse machinery for picking/packing and receiving
- Keep warehouse space organized
- Maintain strong team cohesion and employee relations
- Help with timesheets and time off scheduling
- Ensure employees stay on task and keep up with goals

Type: Direct Hire

- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years in a leadership role in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships

Louisa graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering and she started her career in energy optimization at Georgia Pacific. She then made the switch over to HR when she moved to the upstate area. She joined Godshall in 2021 and is now combining both passions as a member of our technical recruiting team.
