Job Description

- Do you have experience in a CNC environment?
What your future day will look like:
- Liaison with all departments regarding quality
- Address employee issues
- Communicate with other 2 shifts
- Suggest process improvements
- Train existing and new employees
- Implement production schedule
- Monitor attendance, time and vacation of employees
- Disciplinary measures when needed

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years manufacturing experience
- Prior experience as a team lead
- Experience in a CNC environment a plus
