Salary:
$23.50–$25.00/hour + $3.00/hour shift premium (once on 3rd shift)

This will be a 3rd shift role with hours being Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

What your future day will look like:

Set up and operate Rollomatic CNC grinding machines to produce high-precision solid carbide cutting tools
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
Perform basic machine upkeep and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring specifications and GD&T standards are met
Inspect finished products to verify accuracy and adherence to quality standards
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Type: Contract to Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

2+ years of machining and/or CNC grinding experience
Experience with Rollomatic or similar CNC grinding equipment preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and GD&T requirements
Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
