Salary:
$23.50–$25.00/hour + $3.00/hour shift premium (once on 3rd shift)

What your future day will look like:
- Set up and operate Rollomatic CNC grinding machines to produce high-precision solid carbide cutting tools
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Perform basic machine upkeep and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring specifications and GD&T standards are met
- Inspect finished products to verify accuracy and adherence to quality standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Type: Contract to Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of machining and/or CNC grinding experience
- Experience with Rollomatic or similar CNC grinding equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and GD&T requirements
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and sits on several educational advisory boards with technical schools in our area.
