What your future day will look like:
- Provide leadership and oversight for multiple branch locations, ensuring consistent delivery of member service and operational excellence.
- Partner with Branch Managers and Supervisors to achieve service, sales, and performance goals aligned with the credit union’s strategic objectives.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex member concerns and operational issues requiring resolution.
- Lead the implementation of new products, services, and branch initiatives while ensuring smooth execution and staff readiness.
- Monitor compliance, operational reports, and audit findings to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in business development efforts and collaborate with executive leadership to support organizational growth and member engagement.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry-recognized certifications
- 3–5 years of leadership experience within banking, credit union, or financial services operations
- Strong knowledge of branch operations, member service programs, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines

A Greenville native, Cathy graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Management. Following college, she began her career with Babies "R" Us, where she held roles as an HR Assistant and later as an Assistant Inventory Control Manager. These positions helped her discover a passion for supporting others and contributing to their success, a passion that continues to drive her career today. Her primary recruiting focus includes banking, accounting, human resources, legal and administrative placements. For more than 26 years, Cathy has proudly been part of the Godshall team. She is grateful to work for an organization that genuinely cares about its employees, candidates, clients, and the community it serves. Outside the office, Cathy enjoys spending time with her husband and their two teenage sons, as well as their beloved pets: Beans, a blind Chiweenie, and Millie, a cuddly lap cat. In her free time, you'll often find her binge-watching the latest Netflix series or documentary, cheering on the Atlanta Braves and Riverside High School baseball, enjoying a girls' night out, sweating it out at Orange Theory, attending Clemson Football games or indulging in the guilty pleasure of a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
