What your future day will look like:
- Act as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring positive experience and timely communication.
- Coordinate activities across multiple departments to support product availability, customer expectations, and operational goals.
- Review business trends, customer requirements, and planning data to support decision-making.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal teams to address supply and demand needs.
- Manage order activity from initial request through successful delivery while resolving issues as they arise.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen customer partnerships, improve processes, and support business growth.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations.
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing, planning, operations, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
- Ability to analyze trends, forecasts, inventory data, and operational requirements.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and ERP/MRP systems.
