- Leader with a background managing janitorial, custodial, or environmental services operations in regulated facilities.
- Understands the importance of cleanliness, safety, compliance, and high service standards.
- Enjoys leading teams, supporting clients, and driving continuous improvement across multiple locations.
What your future day will look like:
- Oversee janitorial and environmental services operations across multiple facilities, ensuring quality standards and customer expectations are achieved.
- Build strong client relationships while serving as the primary contact for operational performance and service delivery.
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline staff to maintain high levels of engagement and accountability.
- Conduct facility inspections, quality audits, and performance reviews to ensure service excellence.
- Manage labor, inventory, and operating expenses while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Support reporting, special projects, business growth initiatives, and overall operational success.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing janitorial, custodial, environmental services, or facility support operations, preferably in healthcare or other highly regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning operations, quality inspections, safety compliance, employee development, and customer service best practices.
- Experience overseeing budgets, staffing, inventory, and multi-site service delivery.
