What your future day will look like:
- Prepare financial statements, reconcile bank accounts, and ensure all monthly transactions are accurately recorded for timely closing.
- Verify vendor invoices, monitor accuracy against purchase orders, and ensure all amounts match the ledger balance.
- Manage customer accounts, collect and record payments, and contact customers regarding overdue balances.
- Track and file state sales and use taxes accurately and on time, adhering to a 15-day post-month-end deadline.
- Confirm all transactions and invoices are accurate to support month-end closing within 8 days.
- Identify and address discrepancies in invoices, purchase orders, and vendor records.

- Ability to pass background and credit check
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred
