What your future day will look like:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Monitor customer accounts and perform collections activities while maintaining positive business relationships.
- Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring financial data is complete and reliable.
- Learn and utilize the company’s proprietary accounting and business systems to support daily operations.
- Partner with leadership and internal departments to gain a broad understanding of business processes and prepare for future leadership responsibilities.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 5+ years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of AP, AR, reconciliations, and collections
- Hands-on accounting mindset with the desire to learn all aspects of the business
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in financial reporting and recordkeeping
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Long-term career mindset with an interest in growing into future accounting leadership responsibilities
