What your future day will look like:
- Apply customer payments, monitor account balances, and maintain accurate AR records within the ERP system.
- Follow up on outstanding balances while working with customers and internal teams to resolve payment issues.
- Perform account reconciliations and address discrepancies such as short payments or unapplied cash.
- Prepare commission calculations and reports while partnering with sales and finance teams for accuracy.
- Support month?end close processes, including reconciliations, reporting, and audit documentation.
- Maintain fixed asset records, assist with depreciation and capital tracking, and support related accounting tasks.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting roles
- Experience working with ERP systems, with SAP strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions
- Understanding of AR processes and basic accounting principles, including fixed assets
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a structured environment
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, ownership?driven work style
