What your future day will look like:

Review and approve federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and business entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to current tax laws.

Research complex tax issues, respond to IRS/state notices, and stay current on legislative changes to guide clients and internal teams.

Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services, including projections and proactive strategies tailored to client financial goals.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, planning discussions, and trusted financial guidance.

Supervise, mentor, and develop Staff Accountants while delegating work, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining quality standards.

Improve internal workflows, maintain accurate client documentation in firm systems, and collaborate with leadership on process improvements and operational efficiency.

Type: Direct
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; master’s preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting, financial reporting, or related role, preferably in public accounting or an industry setting.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
