Salary: $50,000-$55,000 per year

What your future day will look like:

Process vendor invoices accurately, including three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
Review invoices for proper approval, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies.
Resolve discrepancies by working closely with purchasing, warehouse teams, and vendors.
Prepare and issue vendor payments via ACH, wire, and check according to agreed terms.
Support month?end close activities, including accruals, cut-off procedures, and aging reports.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

2+ years of hands?on Accounts Payable experience in a manufacturing or structured environment
Experience working within an ERP system, with SAP experience strongly preferred
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and AP workflows
Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables
High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
Organized, accountable work style with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
