Accounting Specialist

What your future day will look like:
- Oversee end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes, including customer invoicing, payment tracking, collections, and vendor payment management.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements; maintain accurate financial ledgers.
- Lead financial and billing integration of new ERP system; collaborate with consultants to refine workflows.
- Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams to resolve discrepancies and align financial data.
- Ensure ERP alignment across sales, inventory, invoicing, and cash flow.
- Support budgeting and reporting by digitizing, organizing, and maintaining accurate financial and compliance records.
- Oversee payroll approvals and support new hire onboarding.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Ability to pass background check and credit check
- At least 5 years in a bookkeeping or accounting role
- Prior experience with ERP implementation or financial system migration
