What your future day will look like:
- Manage daily communications by taking phone calls, responding to email inquiries, and coordinating with customers and company leadership on issues requiring input, approval, or support.
- Proactively identify, track, and resolve urgent or outstanding issues, ensuring consistent follow-up until completion.
- Oversee office operations, including managing supplies, technology needs, and handling packing, shipping, and receiving of spare parts with attention to logistics processes.
- Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the President, Sales, and Service teams, including drafting professional correspondence for senior management.
- Maintain accurate financial records through bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks, including invoices, payments, purchase orders, and vendor bills, along with monthly reconciliations and payroll coordination.
- Support financial health and reporting by monitoring accounts receivable/payable, conducting expense audits, preparing reports and analysis, and bringing accounts to trial balance for tax period closing.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Over 10 years of solid experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Highly proficient in QuickBooks (Desktop Pro), Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Teams
- Previous extensive experience of managing office environment with strong organizational and administrative skills

Ginny Beach
VP of Operations
Ginny Beach has been a member of the Godshall team since 1994. She currently oversees all recruiting and staffing operations for Godshall. Prior to working at Godshall, Ginny worked as a recruiter in the Philadelphia area. She has a master's degree from the University of Maryland and a bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston. Like a lot of her colleagues, she is also a Certified Staffing Professional through the American Staffing Associate. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army, the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of the Upstate, and the Business Advocacy Committee of the Chamber of Commerce. She has also served on the Board of Connections, Women Leaders of the Upstate, and has been involved with United Way's Success By 6 campaign. Ginny continues to have a passion for understanding the needs of the companies we serve and matching candidates with a great career. In her spare time, she enjoys running, cycling, and spending time with her husband and two children.
