What your future day will look like:

Reviewing incoming invoices and ensuring they are properly routed in Yooz.
Exporting approved invoices into Sage
Setting up new vendors and maintaining vendor records, including tracking and updating required documentation as it expires.
Monitoring and responding to the AP email inbox.
Entering and coding G&A invoices.
Assisting with audit requests and annual 1099 preparation.
Researching and resolving invoice errors
Supporting the AP function with general administrative and process-related tasks as needed.
Maintaining current W-9s and COIs

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Strong understanding of AP operations, internal controls, and accounting principles

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
2+ years of progressive AP experience
Experience with ERP or accounting platforms (e.g., Sage, NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, SAP)
Experience with Yooz or similar AP platforms preferred

She is heavily involved in the community serving as a member on the Women of St. Francis Foundation, South Carolina Upstate Paralegal Association, and actively involved at her church First Presbyterian. Catherine is a wife and mother to three children, a zealous runner, and a cycle instructor at the Caine Halter YMCA.
