What your future day will look like:

  • Oversee tenant and owner needs, handle marketing, and perform general office duties
  • Maintain schedules and events, schedule maintenance orders, and aid in recruitment process.
  • Update and organize files and records; verify and process payments, applications, policies, and other documents.
  • Prepare formal notices such as delinquent account notices, lease violations, and bulk preventative maintenance notices.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

  • Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma or GED required, property management license preferred
