Administrative Assistant

What your future day will look like:
- Support daily office operations by managing supplies, organizing documents, and maintaining a professional environment.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and supporting internal communication.
- Provide backup reception support, including answering phones and greeting clients.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail while maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to provide excellent service.
- Contribute to special projects and process improvements that enhance overall workflow.
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Prior administrative experience or a college graduate with strong organizational skills
- Ability to learn office systems, processes, and software quickly
- High level of initiative with strong problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
- Clean background and personal credit check
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to contribute to a growing firm environment.

A Greenville native, Cathy graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Management. Following college, she began her career with Babies "R" Us, where she held roles as an HR Assistant and later as an Assistant Inventory Control Manager. These positions helped her discover a passion for supporting others and contributing to their success, a passion that continues to drive her career today. Her primary recruiting focus includes banking, accounting, human resources, legal and administrative placements. For more than 26 years, Cathy has proudly been part of the Godshall team. She is grateful to work for an organization that genuinely cares about its employees, candidates, clients, and the community it serves. Outside the office, Cathy enjoys spending time with her husband and their two teenage sons, as well as their beloved pets: Beans, a blind Chiweenie, and Millie, a cuddly lap cat. In her free time, you'll often find her binge-watching the latest Netflix series or documentary, cheering on the Atlanta Braves and Riverside High School baseball, enjoying a girls' night out, sweating it out at Orange Theory, attending Clemson Football games or indulging in the guilty pleasure of a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
