Job Description

Salary: $20-24/hr

What your future day will look like:

  • Research purchase orders for errors
  • Upload invoices to customer accounts
  • Mail Invoice and/or Enter in Online Portal
  • Receive payment from Customer via mail and email
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Make bank Deposits (Physically at the Bank)
  • Pursue collection of accounts receivable from customers

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks preferred
  • Steady work history
  • Self-motivated to work in fast paced environment.
