What your future day will look like:
  • Keep estate finances in order: log income (including rent), process bills, and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks on a defined cadence
  • Administer credit card activity across several accounts and close out monthly statements accurately
  • Build and update expense reports in Excel; prepare summaries for review and reimbursement
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange complex travel itineraries
  • Support executive projects and seasonal events (e.g., remembrance service, company outing, holiday gathering) from planning through execution
  • Maintain organized digital/physical files, prepare exhibits and documents, and handle firmwide admin requests as needed
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal/external partners while preserving confidentiality of sensitive information

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • Associate’s in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
  • Hands-on QuickBooks experience managing payables/receivables, account reconciliation, and bill pay
  • Advanced Excel skills for expense reporting and basic financial tracking; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proven background in administrative support and/or bookkeeping (prior executive support experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with secure document handling, records management, and professional correspondence formatting
