Job Description
Salary: $17.50/hour

What your future day will look like:
- Support branch staff with tax law, software, forms, and administrative tasks.
- Assist in preparing federal and state tax returns using Drake Tax Software.
- Review and validate tax documents for compliance using systems like KOFAX and OnBase.
- Communicate with branches to address and correct document issues.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure IRS/state compliance.

Type: Contract
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Ability to work Monday thru Friday 9-6.
- Knowledge of word processing, grammatical rules, and clerical formats
- Computer literate (i.e. Word and Excel) with data entry experience a plus
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment and remain detailed, organized, and courteous
- Customer Service experience in a call center environment a plus
- Bookkeeping/math background a plus
- English/Spanish bilingual a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Extensive training will be provided
