What your future day will look like:
- Serve as a strategic liaison between internal teams and clients, delivering clear, insightful communication and proactive solutions.
- Maintain and manage client relationships through professional email and phone interactions, upholding company values.
- Oversee client data operations, including file processing, validation, reconciliation, and compliance with timelines.
- Support and improve automation workflows (EDI, API, reporting tools), troubleshoot errors, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize data exchange and onboarding processes.      Â

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as communication and collaborations skills.
- Strong MySQL, Python, and Excel are a must in this role!
- Working knowledge of database administration and automation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities with limited oversight
