- Lead projects through the full lifecycle
- Collaborate with sales to prepare quotes
- Develop and track project scope, budget and timeline
- Coordinate with internal teams to move project forward
- Identify project risks and mitigate
- Oversee installation and commissioning of the project
- Keep all parties informed of project progress

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field
- 5+ years in project management
- Experience with project management for capital equipment, automation, or industrial machinery

Louisa graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering and she started her career in energy optimization at Georgia Pacific. She then made the switch over to HR when she moved to the upstate area. She joined Godshall in 2021 and is now combining both passions as a member of our technical recruiting team.
