What your future day will look like:
- Design and develop enterprise reporting solutions by integrating data from Policy, Claims, Billing, Agency Management, and third-party systems while partnering with Data Engineering teams on ETL/ELT processes and curated data layers.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and executive-ready reporting solutions using Power BI and IBM Cognos Analytics to deliver actionable insights across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with Claims, Underwriting, Finance, and business stakeholders to translate KPIs into scalable semantic models, standardized metrics, and governed analytics solutions.
- Develop cloud-based BI solutions on Azure using Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, and Power BI, while optimizing dashboard performance, security, governance, and cost efficiency.
- Design advanced data models and architectures including star schemas, DAX measures, Medallion architecture support, and self-service analytics capabilities powered by Copilot and other LLM tools.

Type: Contract to Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI / Data Analytics development
- Strong hands on experience with: Power BI and SQL
- Familiarity with IBM Cognos Analytics, Guidewire and Azure Data Lake
