Job Description

Salary: $18-19/hour

What your future day will look like:
  • Communicate with members via phone, text, and email using internal systems
  • Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and VISA payments, account transfers, and check orders
  • Assist with account maintenance by completing e-forms, resetting credentials, and updating member information
  • Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, and direct to appropriate staff when needed
  • Cross-sell products and services based on member needs and share routine information on services, policies, and membership
  • Provide account status, reset credentials and perform file maintenance

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • Ability to pass background check and credit check
  • 2+ years of call center experience
