What your future day will look like:

•  Effectively identifies and verifies customers using bank procedures to prevent fraud and ensure compliance.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat regarding account balances, check clearances, transfers, payments, rates, and general banking questions.
• Provide support for online and mobile banking as well as voice access, including password resets, unlocking accounts, and troubleshooting access issues.
• Process debit and credit card requests, including travel notices, limit increases, and account/card shutdown due to compromised personal or account information.
• Assist with loan and credit card payments, wire transfer instructions, stop payments, address changes, ordering checks, preparing board reports, and verifying checks at other financial institutions.
• Promote and provide guidance on bank products and services.
• Support branch operations during system or power outages.

Type:   Temp to Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Clean background and good personal credit
• A minimum of 1 year of banking experience or 3 years of call center experience. 
• Ability to work 9am-6pm Mon-Friday and one Saturday morning per month
