What your future day will look like:

• Responsible for handling high volume inbound calls to assist customers with their banking needs 
• Perform follow up calls and administrative functions in support of customer or branch needs
• Recognize sales and service opportunities to meet the needs of customers and effectively explain features
• Cross sell banking products and services where applicable

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Clean background and good personal credit
• A minimum of 1 year of banking experience required with related experience in lobby services, new accounts, loans or similar position desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
