What your future day will look like:

Build and maintain strong relationships within clients and carriers
Ensure client inquires and needs are met in a timely manner
Construct, examine, and negotiate RFPs
Demonstrate knowledge of compliance and legislative issues such as ERISA, HIPPA, COBRA, ACA, and more
Maintain client information in company database
Collaborate with Employee Benefits Department

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Bachelor’s degree required
Human Resource experience required, PHR/SPHR a plus
Current Life & Health license or ability to obtain within 90 days required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PPT
