What your day will look like:

• Complete application process for new and renewal business, follow through w/customer & carrier ensuring timely process
• Resolves problems received from insured and insurance carriers.
• Interacts directly with clients via phone, email, in person when needed
• Reviews & processes eligibility audits, working with customer & company to facilitate corrections.
• Market renewals and new business, working with Client Executive & Producer

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 3-5 years experience with employee benefits
• Current SC Insurance license
• Understanding of Group Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance
