Salary: $24-26/hr

What your future day will look like:

• Support sales reps and production team by entering new orders in the database and updating existing ones
• Train with existing CSR team to learn specifics surrounding wide product mix and offerings
• Maintain accuracy of data throughout all order creation and fulfillment
• Grow into taking on direct B2B customer relationships involving daily communication via phone and email

Type: Temp to Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of customer service experience 
• Bachelor's Degree 
• Excellent attention to detail
• Computer skills - basic excel and word, typing ability and grammar skills
