What your future day will look like:
- Supervise quality assurance team and daily operations - electrical testing and inspection of in-process and final products.Â
- Monitor production processes and enforce quality standards.
- Lead inspections, audits, and documentation of results.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality concerns.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Train and develop staff on quality procedures and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
