What your future day will look like:

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch including employee management, hiring, mentoring, and training.
• Provide scheduling and planning of branch staff to ensure goals are met.
• Responsible for the overall regulatory compliance of the branch and reports for senior management.
• Ensure security and safety of branch personnel.
• Provide customer service to the branch s cusomer service base through loans and deposits.
• Perform consumer lending duties.
• Extend credit within established loan limits and submit proper approval for credits.
• Perform collection of past due loans in the manager s portfolio
• Maintain knowledge of products and services

To be a champion you will need.

• 3+ years of banking experience with track record in leadership
• 3+ years of experience in consumer or small business lending
• Ability to pass credit and background check.
• Be goal and results oriented. team player and active hands-on management
