What your future day will look like:

 
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance on building systems such as HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Handle basic repairs including electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks
  • Maintain the property’s curb appeal through tasks like pressure washing and debris removal
  • Respond quickly to service requests and log all work in the maintenance tracking system
  • Assist with installing new systems or equipment as needed
  • Help manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and staff while working throughout the building
  • Be available for emergency calls and participate in safety planning

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

 
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are a plus)
  • 2+ years of experience in building maintenance or construction
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building upkeep
  • Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and equipment manuals
  • Basic computer literacy and attention to detail in record keeping
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Must have professional appearance and presentation skills
