What your future day will look like:
- Shape and execute financial strategies that support company goals and long-term growth initiatives.
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and treasury functions.
- Analyze financial results and provide leadership with insights, forecasts, and recommendations.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, audits, tax obligations, compliance requirements, and financial controls.
- Partner with departmental leaders to improve efficiency, control costs, and strengthen overall business performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while supporting investments, capital projects, and other strategic initiatives.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA and CPA credentials preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior-level leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, GAAP, internal controls, tax regulations, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing cash flow, banking relationships, investments, debt obligations, and financial risk initiatives.
- Manufacturing finance experience, including cost accounting, inventory management, and operational finance, is preferred.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, accounting software, advanced Excel, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

Ginny Beach
VP of Operations
Ginny Beach has been a member of the Godshall team since 1994. She currently oversees all recruiting and staffing operations for Godshall. Prior to working at Godshall, Ginny worked as a recruiter in the Philadelphia area. She has a master's degree from the University of Maryland and a bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston. Like a lot of her colleagues, she is also a Certified Staffing Professional through the American Staffing Associate. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army, the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of the Upstate, and the Business Advocacy Committee of the Chamber of Commerce. She has also served on the Board of Connections, Women Leaders of the Upstate, and has been involved with United Way's Success By 6 campaign. Ginny continues to have a passion for understanding the needs of the companies we serve and matching candidates with a great career. In her spare time, she enjoys running, cycling, and spending time with her husband and two children.
