What your future day will look like:
- Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive clinical experience.
- Prepare patient charts, review medical records, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date prior to appointments.
- Obtain and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, height, and weight.
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist providers in delivering quality patient care.
- Support daily office operations by managing supplies, tracking referrals, answering phones, and assisting with clerical responsibilities.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure timely, efficient, and patient-focused care.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, NRCMA, NCMA, or equivalent approved certification) required
- Current BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to independent patient care
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, solve problems effectively, and work collaboratively within a healthcare team
