Are you a CNC operator looking for an opportunity with a stable, growing manufacturer?
Our client is seeking CNC Water Jet/Router Operators for both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities.
Direct hire positions are available for candidates with relevant experience or individuals from a CNC machining background who are eager to learn specialized equipment!

What your future day will look like:

Set up and operate CNC Water Jet and/or CNC Router equipment to cut foam and rubber products to customer specifications.
Review work orders, blueprints, drawings, and production schedules to ensure quality and accuracy.
Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and routine preventative maintenance.
Inspect finished products to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards.
Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Experience operating CNC Water Jet, CNC Router, or CNC machining equipment preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience performing machine setups and basic preventative maintenance.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high- quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
