What your future day will look like:

• Develop and fine-tune CNC programs for 5-axis machining centers using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam or similar).
• Prepare detailed setup instructions and tooling plans to ensure smooth production runs.
• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines, performing test runs and adjustments for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineers and production teams to meet project goals.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet strict quality and tolerance standards.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or CNC programming certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of CNC programming experience with a strong focus on 5-axis machining.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (MasterCAM) and ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Solid understanding of machining techniques, materials, and tooling.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
