Salary: $47,000-$53,000 + Profit Sharing

What your future day will look like:

Set up and manage outbound calling campaigns to support daily call center operations.
Monitor call center systems, investigate issues, and coordinate resolutions to minimize disruptions.
Communicate operational updates and system changes to agents, leadership, and other stakeholders.
Research account discrepancies, special requests, and data-related issues to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Generate reports, analyze data, and maintain large Excel spreadsheets to support operational decision-making.
Assist with audits, maintain documentation, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiencies.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Experience in call center operations, collections, customer service, administrative support, or a related field
Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and organize large amounts of data
Technical aptitude and the ability to learn, troubleshoot, and navigate software systems independently
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple projects, solve problems proactively, and work with minimal supervision
